Having shaped and led literacy support across multiple schools, I have the subject knowldge and strategic leadership experience to deliver results for all schools I work with. To supplement this, I also have extensive experience of providing guidance at a regional and national level.

Who am I?

I am someone who has a good blend of strategic leadership experience and a comprehensive knowledge of literacy development. After leaving school leadership, I was keen to follow my passion for literacy, particularly reading. I followed the passion for literacy by leading the local English Hub and Literacy Excellence Centre. As well as leading reading across a large trust, I set up my own business and began to offer programmes and bespoke support to schools. 

Soley focusing on literacy and strategic leadership, fuels my fire and I am keen to share this passion by helping more schools solve the literacy problems they might face.
